Can I return or exchange a t-shirt?

Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. For exchanges, the fastest option is to return the item and place a new order.

How do I start a return?

Email us at orders@ewgear.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various amounts. They’re delivered by email and can be used at checkout.

Do you offer custom designs or bulk orders?

We don’t offer custom prints at this time, but we do accept bulk orders for events or businesses. Please contact us for details.

What sizes do you offer?

Most of our t-shirts come in sizes S to 3XL. Size availability is listed on each product page.

Will my shirt shrink after washing?

Our t-shirts are pre-shrunk, but to keep them in top shape, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and hanging to dry.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Who is your shipping carrier?

All orders are shipped via UPS with tracking provided.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over $100 CAD (Canada) or $75 USD (U.S.). Orders below that are charged a shipping fee at checkout based on location.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–8 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days

Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or customs.
