Product Returns Information

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • In original condition with tags attached
    • Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items marked “final sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized t-shirts
  • Worn or washed items

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at orders@ewgear.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size? Email us at orders@ewgear.com — we’ll do our best to help, depending on stock availability.
  • The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order.
