Product Returns Information
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items marked “final sale”
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized t-shirts
- Worn or washed items
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at orders@ewgear.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
- Need a different size? Email us at orders@ewgear.com — we’ll do our best to help, depending on stock availability.
- The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order.
